The Sisters of St. Dominic in partnership with the Peconic Land Trust have set aside 10.4 acres of this property for conservation.  The sisters have ensured that this land will be protected from future development.  For 27 years this land was previously cultivated as an organic cooperative known as Sophia Garden/Homecoming Farm.
