Early in December, Junior National Honor Society students from St. Agnes Cathedral School in Rockville Centre visited Sisters at Queen of the Rosary Motherhouse. They spent time interacting with the Sisters, crooned Christmas songs for them, and generally “made the spirit bright.”
Lucille Lembo-Forelli is a Motherhouse volunteer who was in attendance. “This was a wonderful afternoon. The Sisters had a great time conversing with the students, who were gracious and attentive to them. Days like these make volunteering such a rewarding experience!”
After singing with the Sisters, students led a beautiful prayer service. These wonderful young people are signs of joy and hope and the Sisters were most grateful for their holiday visit.
