On Wednesday, September 27th we celebrated the grand opening of a new lab at St. Agnes Academic High School. The Maureen Martin Fritch (Class of ’78) Health Science Lab provides a world of opportunity in a variety of health fields giving St. Agnes girls the edge when applying to pre-med and nursing programs.
This is an exciting time for young women in STEM and St. Agnes is committed to staying ahead of the curve. St. Agnes Academic High School understands that success for young women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math is critical to the future. At St. Agnes, students experience independent study through the Science Research Program at SUNY Albany; STEM courses through St. John’s University; internships and leadership training through partnerships with New York Hospital, Queens.
