Sister Betty Nickels, OP Shares her Story in a Newly Released Video



Amityville Dominican Sister Betty Nickels, who passed away on February 25, 2024, is featured in a previously unpublished video interview that can now be found on YouTube.

Sister Betty helped more than 450 homeless girls from 1978 to 1998. She felt deeply called to help “break the cycle” of poverty for children in need.
